Joe Schnipke – General Manager
Joe Schnipke is originally from Ottoville, Ohio, and holds a degree in Business Management from Sinclair Community College. He lives in Delphos, with his wife, Erika, and their son, Lucas. After spending 10 years in automotive manufacturing, Joe transitioned into the roofing industry and now serves as the Company Manager at Blue Chip Roofing, part of the Quality Roofing Family.
In his role, Joe enjoys meeting with homeowners and business owners to understand their needs and help solve their roofing challenges. He takes pride in securing great rates while delivering added value through trusted service and long-term solutions. As part of the Quality Roofing Family, Blue Chip Roofing serves customers with offices in Lima, Findlay, Columbus Grove, and Celina. Outside of work, Joe enjoys hunting, boating, and grilling whenever he can.
