Who Are We?
Blue Chip Roofing is a locally trusted team of experienced roofers, estimators, and support staff serving Lima and the surrounding communities. Whether you need a small repair or a full roof replacement, we deliver high-quality work with honest guidance and no pressure.
We also handle siding, gutters, soffit, and fascia to fully protect your home’s exterior. Financing is available to help make your project more manageable.

Chad Ehrnsberger – General Manager
Chad is a 1996 graduate of Kalida High School. He holds multiple degrees from UCF and Ohio State University where he spent time playing, at both, in their baseball programs. After a four time All American college career, he went on to play professionally for nine seasons. When he is not helping area residents with their roofing needs, Chad is Head Coach for both Kalida High School-Varsity Baseball and for the Lima Locos.
Chad joined the Schroeder Roofing family, in September 2023, as a Sales Representative. He has been a leader in Sales, and a great asset to the team already.
With three young boys (Conner 1st Grade, twins Carter and Caden in Preschool), Chad enjoys spending his weekends being a dad and going on adventures. He and his boys reside in Kalida, with the memory of their wife/mother, Courtney, who passed away from Breast Cancer in December 2021 at the age of 28.
Wendy Stennett – Office Manager
Wendy holds an MBA from the University of Northwestern Ohio and has several years of experience in office management and accounting. She has experience in managing day-to-day operations, financial reporting, and accountability. Wendy joined Schroeder Roofing in September and has been enjoying her time with the team.
Wendy is a lifelong Putnam County resident, living in Kalida with her husband and children. In her free time, Wendy enjoys reading, traveling, and has recently started gardening.
Todd Croy – Sales Representative
Todd brings 35+ years of Sales/Customer Service experience to Blue Chip. He is a native of Ottawa and currently resides in Delphos. He looks forward to helping you with all of your roofing needs, whether it’s new construction, roof replacement or repairs due to wind or storm damage.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time in the boat on the Maumee River and is a big fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Reds.
